Paul Perrotta was EXCELLENT! I had a 2018 Forester in excellent condition with low miles and knew that I would get a good deal on a trade in. I saw Paul who sold me my last Subaru and gave him a price I excellent condition with low miles and knew that I would get a good deal on a trade in. I saw Paul who sold me my last Subaru and gave him a price I would be willing to pay to put me in a 2021 Forester. He tried to meet that number, spoke with the manager, and came down to a figure that he felt was fair, but approximately $2,000 more than I was willing to pay. He has very good customer relationship skills and listened to what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. We couldn't make a deal but I thanked him for his time. I subsequently received a call that he was able to sell me the car for a little less than my figure. Wow - was I surprised! So, as of a few hours ago, I now own a 2021 Subaru Forester - all thanks to Paul. He's got good customer service skills and isn't a pushy salesman - which is why he ultimately made the sale. More
