This is my fourth time buying a car from this dealership. The first three times was with another salesperson who is now no longer with them. I was paired up with Joe Klaritch who was terrific. Don't go close to this dealership. Shady behavior with payments for extended warranties that don't get refunded to the customer. We took out extended warranties for 2 subarus and then Shady behavior with payments for extended warranties that don't get refunded to the customer. We took out extended warranties for 2 subarus and then cancelled within 14 days; Zurich refunded the money to the dealership, and the dealership is refusing to release the funds to us. More
