Surprisingly positive experience I just never thought I would use the words honest, smooth, easy, agreeable, pleasant or stress free to describe a used car buying experience, a dealer I just never thought I would use the words honest, smooth, easy, agreeable, pleasant or stress free to describe a used car buying experience, a dealer or a salesman. But Mike Porcelli made my husband and I feel safe in the knowledge that we were being taken care of the right way from start to finish. He was so down to earth and knowledgable and kind and gentle and patient and helpful. He went out of his way to do as much as he could for us to satisfy our every need. And all the while he made me feel like royalty. Such a classy place in general. But he was holding doors for me, offering bagels and coffee in beautiful big lounge with wifi, escorting me to finance or service counters not just telling me where they are. Little things. I literally felt important. And he didn't let me drive away with my 2015 outback, as previous dealers have done in the past, to let me fend for myself. He literally walked me through every single button dial and switch with the patience of a saint while I tried to absorb it all. THEN he called me a few times over the next few days to see if I had any more questions. And I actually did the more I drove the car so his calls were welcomed. I walked out of there with a very good feeling about how it all went and an excitement about my amazing car AND this amazing dealer and salesman that was enough to inspire me to write this review which, I'm pretty sure, is the only review I've ever written in 41 years haha! Also Raymond in financing was an absolute sweetheart. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He gave us exactly the deal he promised with zero changes and even helped us out with some minor body work the car needed. I'm happy to recommend Mike, Raymond and Grand Prix to anyone looking for a subaru, the best cars on earth!!! 😀 More

I was warmly welcomed into the dealership by the receptionist and sales representative Bryan Andante. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the product as well as about the company he represented. He was cordial, spent a good deal of time with me and was eager to answer all my questions & concerns. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and did not try to sway me toward something else. I did not feel pressured at anytime and the eventual sales transaction was seamless and comfortable. Best Automobile Sales Experience Roy Wander, our salesman, was immediately courteous, energetic and informative. He assessed our needs via a brief friendly interview and immediately Roy Wander, our salesman, was immediately courteous, energetic and informative. He assessed our needs via a brief friendly interview and immediately took us for a test drive. We were not exactly sure as to what model we were interested in, so Roy suggested a ride in a low end Forester and then in a higher end model. Very clearly and concisely, he explained the features of the vehicle and the benefits of the Forester. He spent quite a while answering our questions. We did not intend on leasing on that initial visit, but we placed a deposit anyway, with a pick-up date of the end of June. Upon pick-up day, Roy, along with one of the financial guys, took care of the paperwork. Then he showed us nearly all of the car's features, buttons, bells and whistles. Starlink was not operational at the time of pick up, but Roy followed up later that day and got it installed for us. He said to call him anytime if we had any concerns or question. We had the best sales experience with Roy, and Ted, at Grand Prix. Bravo!! More

Repeat sales and service customer We go to Grand Prix Subaru each time we buy a new car and whenever they are due for service we have had the Imprezza (our son's favorite), the Crosst We go to Grand Prix Subaru each time we buy a new car and whenever they are due for service we have had the Imprezza (our son's favorite), the Crosstrek (×2 _ our daughters favorite _ the first one saved her life) the Forrester, the Outback (my personal favorite) and the Legacy (a very close second to the Outback, I miss the extra room). Roy Wander has been our salesman for all of our vehicles. My daughter came up from Virginia to buy her first car on her own from Roy. She also has her service done here whenever she comes home from school. Ray Voesack is always ready to help. Prior to coming to Grand Prix for the first time in 2009, i had nothing but frustrating experiences with the service departments for other brand automobiles. One of the perks of going back to Subaru after years in minivans has been the pleasure of dealing with Grand Prix's service department and Emily Reardon. I recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me a out my Subaru. I've been very happy dealing with them. More
