There’s a lot to unpack. First off Forest kept his word when I laid out my terms for a new vehicle. He kept everything within my range and was extremely quick. Ed ended up taking my account over since Jenny is on vacation. I can honestly say that I’m glad he did. The reason is first impressions are lasting. While going over to the big lot, Jenny seemed more preoccupied with phone calls on the way back than getting to know her potential customers. Over all Forest & Ed are the ones who reeled me in & sealed the deal. If things go well, which I think they will, I will be back. That’s a no-holds-bar honest answer for a review! PS THE ONLY reason I did not give five stars is there’s a lot of paper that has been back & forth. Maybe it’s part of the process. Oh, & I will say Ed is persistent. That’s a positive though but borderline a bit much. More
