They told us to bring our Promaster Thor Rize in on a monday morning at 9:00, but then told would not get to that day! Even though i had previously advised we use for our work. They did not even move the vehicle until wednesday(according to our drone app), then said waiting on 1 part. Did not again move until friday morning after i called inquiring, later to be told would be finished friday afternoon late! I never spoke to or saw my advisor between monday when i left vehicle(for 3 simple issues) and friday when i pocked up! Never go there again!! Small dealership. Dodge should not have given them the Promaster certification. More
