We live in Pineville, La which is about 2. 5 hours away from Granger CDJR. So just stopping by for a test drive wasn’t really an option for us. I made an internet query. I was promptly by Cristela Espinoza. She sent videos and answered all of my questions. The website had wonderful details and great photos of the Jeep we were interested in. After much deliberation between me and my husband, we decided to make the trip to test drive the Jeep and if satisfied we planned to purchase. At this point, I was directed to my salesperson Gabby Fisher. Gabby and I spoke on the telephone several times before we agreed to schedule an appointment. We had many questions which she was more than willing to answer and she has a full knowledge of the vehicles on her lot. We were paying cash and asked that we get down to the brass tacks offer so to speak. We didn’t want to be hit with any surprise fees and wanted to know the final price without hassle or any back and forth. Gabby went to bat for us. We fully negotiated our deal over the phone and upon agreement between us all, she sent us the sales disclosure for our review. Everything was just as we were told that it would be. The only thing left was to drive over, make sure the Jeep was in fact in person as amazing as the photos on the website suggested. We purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L V6 4WD. We have been shopping around for a while and have been promised the moon by other dealerships only to find upon arrival that the vehicle absolutely did not look like the pictures, undisclosed body damage, dash lights on etc. To say that we were excited and had a good feeling about this particular Jeep and Gabby, but still not willing to get our hopes up was an understatement. When we arrived, the Jeep was sitting right out front. My husband and I were like that can’t be it. That is a brand new Jeep. I walked in and was met by a big smile and a warm welcome by Gabby. We walked outside. After my husband and I scoured over the Jeep looking for the ‘alright what’s wrong with it’, but finding none, Gabby asked if we wanted to take it for a drive. The Jeep drives like a dream. It is immaculate inside and out. It looks BETTER in person than even the pictures on the internet showed and those pictures were already amazing. My husband and I conferred for a little longer and agreed to proceed with the purchase. We agreed that this was the Jeep we have been looking for. We walked in and went over some disclosures with Gabby and then went in with the finance manager. He laid out the documents that we had to sign. They matched exactly with the disclosures that we were sent before we left our home. He took care of signing the deal, Louisiana Registration (TTL) etc. After a few signatures and giving him the money, we were out the door. Gabby came out to the Jeep with us to take a picture. This was hands down the easiest, most hassle free used vehicle purchase I have ever made. Granger CDJR’s internet sales are honest and truly fit the bill when you see the vehicle in person. When we got ready to leave Gabby wished us safe travels and gave us both a hug bye! We walked in meeting a stranger and left feeling like family! ❤️ On the ride home, the Jeep rode like a dream and we could not believe this, but a Full Size Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 3.6L V6 4WD averaged 25 MPG!! And everyone that has seen it cannot believe that the Jeep is a 2013. It is truly in that good of condition! We love Gabby, we are now #TeamGranger and we will be referring any of our family and friends in the market for another vehicle to Gabby Fisher! More

Bought a jeep. .. bought a warranty bumper to bumper. Radio changes stations on it's own brought it to the service department to be fixed.
