The dealership had our vehicle for far too long for what little work was performed. Communication was limited when timelines were not going to be met. We kept being put off because of 'other vehicles ' that needed to be finished a week beyond our service appt date claiming the lift was unavailable. Then ended up driving a different vehicle to say ours was the same therefore no other issues were present. Parts were left in the back seat uninstalled which delayed our departure. Our rep was fine but seemed to be handicapped by the technician. More
