Our first impression of Melissa was she was dedicated and customer service was a priority. We met with Melissa the following day and the car we were interested in was already for us to test drive. Satisfying Experience I was made to feel like I was the most important customer in the building, and my only reason for stopping by was that I needed a duplicate key made!
