We had a two week old baby at home and they were very accommodating and worked quickly, knowing we had to get home to feed our child. They are a no BS type dealership and it was a great experience for us. To be honest, we were tossing up between a Honda and GMC, and liked both SUVs the same. The customer experience we had at this location compared to the Honda dealership sealed the deal for a GMC. They really cared about their customers and did their best to understand what we wanted and worked to meet what we needed. I wish every shopping experience was like this. There was no real pressure and it seemed as if they really cared. We worked with Melissa Haas who was so caring, gave me her cell phone to call and text, was there to answer questions after the sale and took pictures with us and our new car. She was unlike any of those stereotypes you hear about a car salesperson. In fact, everyone there was down to earth, friendly, and had no characteristics of a bad salesman that you worry about when shopping for cars. The General Manager, Mark O'Brien was awesome as well, and really worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He was friendly and acted as if we were his only customer when we know he was busy. Peter Croyle did our finance paperwork quickly and threw in some humor as well! The overall experience was great and they got the sale because of customer service and really understanding their customers wants and needs. By the time I walked in the dealership today I had the exact vehicle I wanted and it was I sent an email over the weekend and got an instant response.
