The staff is wonderful at this dealership. My big concern is with the issues I have had with my vehicle. The most recent was the battery (it’s a 2021 Ascent). It would not start the other day and they said the battery was low so instead of replacing it, they charged it. With the recent lawsuit (I have a 2015 Forester that had battery issues), I would think they would be more concerned about this issue, especially since they determined nothing was draining it. I have 4 kids and cannot be stuck somewhere with a car that will not start because they did not want to replace a battery. More
