Went to Grapevine Dodge and talked to them about a vehicle and got a price, told them I was going to go eat and look at the same vehicle but different color at another dealership before making a decis vehicle and got a price, told them I was going to go eat and look at the same vehicle but different color at another dealership before making a decision. Within three hours made the decision to purchase the vehicle at Grapevine Dodge. Returned to Grapevine Dodge within 3 1/2 hours of getting the initial price and they decided to go up $4000.00 dollars in 3 1/2 hours. I believe the sales manager is very unethical and untrustworthy. Reminds me of old school shyster car dealer. I will never set foot back in this dealership. The salesman was a very nice guy, I wish him the best to find a reputable place to find a new job, before it ruins his reputation also. More

I was previously taking my truck to be serviced at the Auto Nation in NRH but had some bad experiences with them and chose to try your location. In doing this, I learned I had an oil leak that wasn't taken care of when AutoNation had it and they told me there was no issues with my truck even though there was still an issue with my UConnect system. With your staff , my truck was repaired correctly and I was shown was will need to be done in the future.
