There is a director of service there, Santiago Ramirez, who forced my new Jeep off the lot (told my service advisor to get it out of there) before they spent enough time trying to diagnose a problem (loose PCM plug) He thought it had been there “too long” I was at the point of almost filing a Lemon Law claim or just trading it and losing tons of money because of that cocky guy. I took it to the dealership in Denton, TX and they fixed the problem in 2 hours. More
