Grapevine Chrysler did a fantastic job on the recall for my Pacifica PHEV. It was easy to schedule a same model loaner for my disabled spouse. During the recall process they discovered a significant problem my Pacifica PHEV. It was easy to schedule a same model loaner for my disabled spouse. During the recall process they discovered a significant problem with the gas engine valve lifters and replaced all of them under warranty. The service advisor kept me informed of progress frequently as it did require a couple of extra days work. In addition to the camera software recall they were able to update my Uconnect system which I could not get WiFi connected to at home. I’m very satisfied with the service they provided. More
