The vehicle was beautiful a sand white 2012 Porsche Cayenne with luxor beige interior. First the dealership had the car priced $1000 higher than Cargurus and several other sites. After bringing it to their attention, they took $1000 off the asking price, which is fair, however, they claimed to be unaware of this... Anyhow, the car turned out to be a shell. A beautiful shell, I must admit, but a shell nevertheless. After having the car serviced by Porsche, it turns out that the engine needed to be replaced, which would cost almost as much as the purchase price of the vehicle. Luckily for me, the financing company had not financed it yet or I would have been stuck with the vehicle. The Rep who was rushing me to get it financed, stated those exact words. This leads me to believe that they knew the condition of this vehicle... The Carfax is clean (CARFAX is VERY, VERY UNRELIABLE), but the engine is shot and part of the front end has been glued on. I didn’t notice the damage to the vehicle because they kept me there until it got dark and then allowed me to test drive the vehicle. When I asked about the sound of the engine the next day, the mechanic assured me it was just bad gas from the previous owner. Also, they would never allow me to start the vehicle, the salesman kept flying around the parking lot in the vehicle and when I was finally able to ask him questions, he pretended to be oblivious to their schemes. Another mechanic, not a Gravity Autos Marietta mechanic, very untrustworthy nevertheless (mechanic and used car salesman as well), said it just needed an oil change, but the actual Porsche dealer said that poor maintenance was kept on the car and that the engine had to be replaced, it couldn’t be fixed, if it was to be fixed, it would just tear up again. The vehicle has been wrecked, though, the Carfax does not show this! Hence the front-end underhanded repair and damage to the right muffler. The tires were worn from snow and the wrong breaks are installed on the vehicle. The VIN no. is WP1AA2A2XCLA01591. Do not buy this vehicle, it is a lemon!! Not to mention, they kept going up on my down payment, they quoted me a high down payment and when I agreed, they said it wouldn’t come to that much, but when I got to the financer (has the worst attitude by the way, a short, little, slick, fast-talking, con-artist snake) he kept trying to get me to add all of this coverage and protection, which would have ended up equaling out to what was originally quoted. This was a terrible experience, but since the finance company hadn’t financed it yet, the agreement was null and void! Red flags should have went up when they kept hiding the vehicle, so that it would be warmed up and the knocking of the engine quieted when the vehicle was finally in front of me and trying to rush everything, (i.e., insurance, work verification, etc). Thank God! This bullet was dodged... I do not know why I am surprised to see that the vehicle is back on the company website. “DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE, VIN NO.: WP1AA2A2XCLA01591, IT IS A LEMON!” Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like to see the diagnostic report from HennessyPorsche! (Gravity Autos Marietta has a copy of the report as well). I don’t know why People just won’t do the right thing! I will never patronize this organization again and I will make sure everyone that I know never, ever does business with an organization such as this!!! They know that they’ve lost money on this vehicle and that it needs to be crushed... Range Rover Purchase a 2011 Range Rover for 25,000. The tires were dry rotten and the pumps are leaking internal so the truck is working hard to stay up. In shop less than a month after purchase don’t buy any luxury cars from these people. The sell looks only. Took it back it was shaking so bad you shake in your seat they claim they aligned it but how can you align it one side is lower than the other. Poor management of inventory of quality. Less than at month out of 4,500 dollars. Don’t buy the warranty they will not pay everything will be pre existing. Warranty would not pay for the repairs because the issues were listed on the truck’s VIN As issues for repair. Will be look at a lawyer. More

The car was exactly as represented, and the sales people were professional and courteous. They had no problem with me taking the car to a dealer to perform a pre-buy inspection, and the car was as clean as could be expected given the age. I would recommend these folks to friends, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. More

Customer Service Lacking Just bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 2-dr coupe from them. Matthieu our salesperson was very helpful. Darrell our finance rep was a tremendous help, very thorough and very nice. The 2 front wheels and rims on the car were bent and I called them and brought the car in. I was sent across the street to a tire place because they said the tires needed to be balanced. The tech there showed me where the wheels were bent on both side. I took the car back to Gravity and Darrell, the finance rep, is the one who helped me to get this situation resolved. Jay, the manager, appeared to be "bothered" by my request that they fix or replace the wheels. I was told to call back to speak to Jay, the service manager, who wasn't in that day. I called back and was told to bring the car in and to leave it for 3 days because their tire person comes during the week. My husband noticed the back driver side tire was warped and we showed this to Matthieu. I brought the car in on a Wednesday and left it. I called back on Friday to see when I could pick the car up and was told they had sent the wheels out and that they would be back that evening. I asked about the back tire and was informed by Jay, service manager, that they were fixing the wheels and replacing the back tire as a "courtesy", but that they had replaced it. Both Jays' attitudes were back and they lack customer service skills. I will never go to Gravity Autos Marietta. I only went to Gravity because the owner where I take my 2007 Mercedes E350 to be serviced recommended that I purchase from their Chamblee dealership. I assumed it was the same ownership but was told by Matthieu that they had different owners. Only reason I gave a 2 in customer service is because of Darrell and Matthieu or I would have given 0 stars if I could. Also, the back tire that was replaced is still bad. I will take my car to my service guy to check the car out and the tire. More

Don't trust the people here Went in to buy a specific truck we wanted that couldn't be found anywhere else. The sales person was friendly (Josh N) and so was the sales manager. H Went in to buy a specific truck we wanted that couldn't be found anywhere else. The sales person was friendly (Josh N) and so was the sales manager. However the car buying process was a mess. They get all their vehicles from an auction up north in either Pennsylvania or Canada. Then they sell it to you without being willing to negotiate. They low balled us for the car we were trading in. And to top it off no one knew how to do their job as far as taxes are concerned. We are military, not GA residents and didn't know anything about whether we should pay ad valorem tax or not. Last, when I went to sign papers they didn't even tell me what I was signing. We were there all day and it was just miserable. I don't trust these people and would never recommend it to anyone. They don't have a warranty on the used vehicles. So if anything goes wrong with our truck we are screwed. Also, the bathroom was a mess and had urine all over the toilet seat. The manager had food stains on his clothes. Just plain sloppy.... More
