This dealership and the sales man will say what they need to say to sell a car. I bought a car that was recently traded in. During the sales process, the salesman told me I could come back to have the car de to say to sell a car. I bought a car that was recently traded in. During the sales process, the salesman told me I could come back to have the car detailed and a new windshield installed. They told me I could get a rental for the day while they had my car. What the salesman didn’t say is that they would need the car for 24 hours just for detailing. Once I scheduled the windshield replacement with the service department, I was told I was not able to get a rental for that time. The salesman also said they would contact the previous owner regarding the second key. I never heard from them again. I even reached out via text and did not hear anything. I would not go back to this dealership for anything or recommend them to anyone. More

They called me to remind me of upcoming maintenence suggestions, gave me an accurate quote on that and the repairs I requested. Got the work done faster than estimated and at the quoted cost. I have had a problem with access codes so asked if they could get them from Honda corporation, since the codes are locked until a problem shows up again they were not able to do it but said I should bring the car in if/when it happens again and it will be taken care of. Awesome customer service! I was kept up to date while my car was being serviced, and provided with an easy to understand receipt when the work was completed.
