During an oil change, the service department offered to change my cabin air filter. I declined. When I went to replace the filter on my own at a later date, the cover was not reinstalled. I found the cove change my cabin air filter. I declined. When I went to replace the filter on my own at a later date, the cover was not reinstalled. I found the cover loose in my glove box. The old filter was ripped and placed in backwards. I am not impressed. More
