Dealer service was fine. BUT THE FACT THAT THE PILOT ELITE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DRAWS THE BATTERY DOWN IF ONE DOESN’T HAPPEN TO USE THE CAR FOR A COUPLE DAYS - SUX!! The battery has been changed-out 3 of ELITE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DRAWS THE BATTERY DOWN IF ONE DOESN’T HAPPEN TO USE THE CAR FOR A COUPLE DAYS - SUX!! The battery has been changed-out 3 of the 4 times that the car would not start! I heard it is some type of AGM battery, with only 650 COLD-CRANK amps. Maybe The system should be using a “Flooded-type battery” with acid and cells? This is really stupid and affects my confidence when going on long trips of 500 miles, which we do. The car also resides in ND, and Montana WINTER TEMPS BELOW ZERO. THE recommendation is to keep a trickle-charger on it most of the time. I and my wife are getting too old for this in the winter especially!! ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS outside of a different vehicle? We are on a 3 year Honda lease. More

Zach, my service advisor went over and above my expectations by picking up my vehicle because I forgot to drop it off and I thought I would have to reschedule my appointment.
