everything was going well, and then Jesse came out and said I could use a new air filter and wiper blades, he didn't tell me the air filter was not an in store product and that I'd have to wait another ha said I could use a new air filter and wiper blades, he didn't tell me the air filter was not an in store product and that I'd have to wait another half hour for it to be delivered and that it would be $13 dollars more than he quoted me, other than that, all is good More

I bought a car from them and the next day the heated seats went out and they are trying to charge me $1,000 plus to fix it.
