Dishonest sales tactics — would not recommend I had a written offer from another dealership and was assured multiple times that they could beat it with a lower sale price and the same trade-in value. Based on those assurances, I came in ready to finalize a deal. When I arrived, the sale price was technically lower — but they raised other fees to offset the discount, making the overall deal worse. This was not what was promised in writing, and it was a clear attempt to disguise the real numbers. I value honesty and transparency, and this dealership did not provide either. After seeing how the numbers were manipulated, I walked away. If you are shopping here, get every promise in writing and double-check the final paperwork carefully. My experience showed that what is promised and what is delivered may be very different. More
