I had my car fixed at another auto repair and needed car key reprogrammed after getting ignition system repaired. I never use car dealers for repair due to cost. For some reason they could not get the car to respond due to the anti theft lockout. They spent 3 hours on the car, bringing in their senior tech to figure it out. They solved the issue. Being from out of town, I was expecting to get an outrageous bill. To my surprise, they stuck to the 45.00 they quoted. Paul and the rest of the service department above and beyond to get me on the3 froad to home. Even though I live 2 hours away. I will probably come here when I am ready for a new car. They did all of this thinking that they would never see me again. They have restored my confidence in car dealers. Thanks, Mark Bolin More

There were no high pressure sales, just a guanine interest in meeting my needs. As a woman, you just know that when you enter a dealership the salesmen will descend on you like locust, devour everything in your wallet and talk to you like you have never operated a mother vehicle before. It is a very frustrating feeling. Seth didn’t sell this way. He was all about the product and the needs of the customer. It was awesome! I will buy from Seth and Dennis again and I talk about my experience all the time. They truly are “The dealer you can trust.” More
Seth Solis was the reason I purchased a new Hyundai. I was originally going to buy a Honda Accord, but I stopped in Dennis Hyundai off Sawmill and I-270 and met Seth Solis. He was very friendly, pleasant, and cared about what I needed. He pulled up the most beautiful Sonata I have seen, a blue/Silver color with a back up camera and power seat. I fell in love with the Sonata as soon as I saw it. Dennis Hyundai is a great dealership, they have a great warranty that protects your car from door dings, stains, etc. Polysteel is a great product that Hyundai has. I am super happy with my new Hyundai and my exerience with Seth and Dennis Hyundai. I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends. More
I am a current Hyundai owner and was in the market for a car, so I decided to visit Dennis. I did not lease a car from here and would not return. I will say that the salesman was very knowledgeable about th car, so I decided to visit Dennis. I did not lease a car from here and would not return. I will say that the salesman was very knowledgeable about their products and friendly, but he was trying to win "salesman of the month". No matter how many times I told him that I had just started looking at cars and wasn't ready to make a decision that day, he kept trying to pressure me. To make the experience even worse, I had a male friend with me and at one point the salesman stopped talking to me and only talked to my friend. I do have to say that the sales manager was very friendly and did not try to pressure me, but the salesman soured my experience and I will not be returning. More

Caught them in a lie twice;found out after delivery that they charged me $35.00 /month more than other dealers would have for the same car! Told salesman I wanted remote start and the upgrade sound package at least 4 times; had to get after market remote start,which I am paying 1/2 of over lease length; Was suppose to get the 10 SPK. infinity 400w system w/sub-woofer; they threw a after market sub in a BIG BOX in my trunk and tried to pawn it off to me as the above system; When I called them out on this scam,they said it was mis-communication between me and the salesman! I am now having to spend a extra 800-900 dollars to get the system I wanted at the after market store! Wanted the Limited,sold me a SE. This is the first car I have leased; What a bad experience;very bitter! It is my own fault for trusting what the salesman was telling me and not reading the window sticker on day of purchase! I'm not even taking the in for service there; I am returning the car after the lease is up to the dealer I should have gone to,Hatfield Hyundai. I would not recommend Dennis Hyundai of Dublin if they were the last and only Hyundai dealer on the Planet! More

Went in to buy a new sonata in Sept 2010, after working towards the price I wanted we went in to meet with the finance guy and finalize everything. He said "its your lucky day, you get an extra warra towards the price I wanted we went in to meet with the finance guy and finalize everything. He said "its your lucky day, you get an extra warranty for 100,000 miles" by this point we'd been at the dealership for 2 hours so I wasnt paying close attention to the invoice. As we were leaving I noticed there was $1200 added on for the extra warranty that he failed to mention! Called back and let him know it really was my lucky day because the monthly payment I had planned on was going to be even lower once they removed the $1200 extended warranty. I don't know if they same finance guy we worked with is still there or not, but really pay attention to the invoice and make sure they haven't added any extra coverage's you weren't made aware of. More
