Overall Good Manager Adam fixed the miscommunication happened on the price and he a nice person. Paperwork took time and I had to go more than once to sign the document (looks like they had a new system). Worst part is tittle clerk Sherry took too much time to work and had to call too many times and never got concrete date on I can go get my plates and staff doesnt care much about this delay. More

Great car. Great salesmen. Looooooong wait. We loved our salesman and we agreed to a deal very quickly. But it then took another 6 hours after we agreed to the deal before we even sat down to si We loved our salesman and we agreed to a deal very quickly. But it then took another 6 hours after we agreed to the deal before we even sat down to sign paperwork. We should have walked out at that point, but our salesman had worked so hard for us, I felt too bad to leave him high and dry. The other thing I would note. We qualified for a discount due to my husband's employment at JP Morgan & Chase, and we were never offered the discount. We JUST relocated to Ohio from the East Coat and didn't know all of the perks of my husband's new job. So that's our fault for not coming prepared/informed. But I find it a tiny bit shady that no one at the dealership ever mentioned or offered it to us. Perhaps it was an honest oversight. Let's hope. More
