I had an appointment for my 2024 Subaru because the driver's side rear tire has been slowly leaking air. Upon inspection, they found two problems. They patched one hole and then I was told they could n driver's side rear tire has been slowly leaking air. Upon inspection, they found two problems. They patched one hole and then I was told they could not fix the other hole because of the location. They quoted me $280 for a new tire. I came home and found the exact tire on 3 different sites for all below $180. I then took my car to Belle Tire in Findlay and upon inspection there I also needed a new tire, but they matched the price of the cheapest online. The biggest issue is the discovery that your service department mounted my tire on incorrectly today. They are asymmetrical tires and the inside was put on the outside. This is unacceptable. I will have a hard time returning to Great Lakes Toyota for any further service on my vehicle. More
