We went to look for a newer Outback or Forester, no intention to purchase. Angelina was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I was very disappointed when I got my car back. You had replaced a wheel bearing as well as a wheel on the rear passenger. At the same time I asked for a 24 month checkup and oil change and tir You had replaced a wheel bearing as well as a wheel on the rear passenger. At the same time I asked for a 24 month checkup and oil change and tire rotation. That is where the disappointment occurred. As part of the tire rotation and or 24 month checkup I would have expected the tire pressures to be checked, and filled it needed. That was not done. My tires were low when I came in. After getting in my car and drove a bit, I saw that the only tire sufficiently inflated was the one that had the wheel replaced. At home I looked at the tire on the rear passenger, and it was the same tire that was there when I brough the car in. I assumed the Tire rotation never occurred ( but I was charged for it), If the rotation had occurred, that scratched tire would have been on passenger FRONT. After a second visit to the dealer they rotated the tires. I have had tire rotations done in the past and the shop usually tells me to return in a few days to have the torque on the lugs checked.. That did not happen either. Must have been an off day for the technician. Too bad I had to catch their mistakes. This won't affect me returning to Great Lakes for more service, but really charging me for something not done. More
