My fiancé and my experience with Great Lakes was easily 11/10! From the open communication that we received immediately after inquiring, to the seamless all digital signing process, and wrapped up with the 11/10! I have only ever had favorable experiences with Great Lakes. My service is done professionally every time. My only complaint is sitting in the waiting only to arrive home and find three emails from ser Lakes. My service is done professionally every time. I would have approved and saved an additional trip for more service. They could have very easily asked me personally. More
