I had such a great experience buying my car thanks to "The Rob" at Great Lakes Toyota! Last week, I had a really frustrating visit with another salesperson who didn’t listen to my needs and kept trying t "The Rob" at Great Lakes Toyota! Last week, I had a really frustrating visit with another salesperson who didn’t listen to my needs and kept trying to push me into something way over my budget. But "The Rob" was the complete opposite—he truly listened to what I needed, found the perfect car for me, and got my payments to way under what I was expecting! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely did everything he could to make this a great experience.
