I always feel welcomed in your auto repair department. Noah is a pleasant guy who offers great service. I do want to point out my observation while sitting in the waiting area. Two of your sales people were speaking to a couple. I was appalled the way one was speaking to them violating their dignity and respect.. The other was just grinning away. The salesman ( possibly who offers financing) was loud and sounded like he was doing them a favor by selling a vehicle. An air filter should last more than three months, don’t you think? Thanks More

I love this service department. My wife and I were out on a hot Saturday morning and noticed that there was water dripping into the passenger side foot well. We were right down the My wife and I were out on a hot Saturday morning and noticed that there was water dripping into the passenger side foot well. We were right down the street from Greak Lakes Subaru, and stopped to see if we could at least set up an appointment to have it looked at. Riley was so helpful, he just said we can take it back right now. So in less than hour, they had it all taken care of for me, just some clogged AC drain lines. We own 2 Subarus, so this is where I normally get work done, but it was so kind of them to fit us in that fast. Thanks to everyone at Great Lakes Subaru. More
