Flat out lied about mileage and damage to vehicle I was buying from them. After I paid a deposit another salesman (not the salesman that helped me) sent me pics of the damage and a pic of the odometer. Sho buying from them. Initially I asked if the vehicle had any scratches or dents and was told no, and a video was sent to me omitting the dents in both bumpers. They tried to explain that a manager there was driving the vehicle as a demo. This was a lie also as the vehicle I was buying was a Ram pickup and the dealership sells Toyotas and Subarus. Dealers do not demo vehicles that they do not sell new! Now I see the same vehicle they are still trying to sell by under reporting the mileage. It is a 2022 Ram 3500 the color is granite. Last week the mileage was shown to me as in excess of 30,500. They are advertising it as under 30,000. Surely they will tell anyone interested that the extra miles were from test drives. They told me they were using it. My saleswoman and videographer was Emily Brown, who is an internet saleswoman as I don't live in Ohio. Extremely deceitful, this was not accidently done as they clearly are still at it. If I could I would rate them lower. I also invite the owner of this dealership to contact me if he thinks I am wrong! More

We purchased on a Thursday evening and picked up two days later, a Saturday morning. Friday we were sent a video stating the vehicle was “all shined up and ready”, so I figured we were safe to assume it was thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and they were too busy at time of pick up for us to ask about it. As a mom who works full time, but with a scattered schedule, it would have meant a lot for us to have brought home a clean vehicle for our family. More
