Once I moved to the process of getting price and financing I was transferred to Drew. He was great. He worked with me on price and any questions I had. Once I got there in person he was super helpful and professional giving me a great intro to the Highlander. He stayed after hours while I got the financing finalized and saw me off in my new wheels. My parents have always raved about their car buying experience at Great Lakes Subaru. When my daughter wrecked her car and the insurance company totaled it, my dad asked if I wanted him to reach out to experience at Great Lakes Subaru. He called him and gave him what we were looking to spend and Jose called back within a few minutes and we went out to drive the vehicle.
