As I am sure you aware, the mats you requested have been supplied. We offered to have your vehicle cleaned as you stated that it was dirty from use since you purchased it. Unfortunately, we cannot repair an item that was damaged by you. We would be happy to repair and discount the labor cost of the map light. Please let us know if you would like to schedule an appointment.

Yes I finally received the mats after 2 months ! ( Bought car 1-6-2012 & recieved mats on 3-10-2012 ) I DO NOT want your dealership touching ANYTHING on my car as I fear what that outcome might be. I already took my vehicle to ANOTHER NISSAN dealership who was more then HAPPY to replace the maplight through my extended warrenty which was NOT broken by me !! Your unprofessionalism was enough for me to encounter thus far and I do not want to put myself through any more emotional stress ! I am however getting my carpets professionally cleaned by an auto detailing company and I expect your dealership to pay that bill or I will be going to court for that reimbursement. Your dealership is not touching my car. I don't trust Stacy Nor Joe at this point so you will just receive a bill. You are aware that 2 months in the winter with NO mats will cause the beige floor to become stained from dirt. Pictures of the floor have been taken just in case this has to be submitted in court. NO STACY my comment on this site will not come down UNTIL Great Neck Nissan makes good on my carpet cleaning bill once submitted. People need to know about how you and Joe treat "valued customers". My carpet cleaning bill for my car will be sent to you shortly.

All of this customer's valid requests were accomodated. With regard to the map light repair, the car had a working map light upon delivery. She purchased replacement blue bulbs from an auto parts store and attempted to install them herself. Because she purchased the incorrect bulbs, she broke the contacts inside the overhead unit. As an accomodation, we attempted to repair it at no charge, but it was beyond repair. Miss Allard utilized numerous threats to try to force us to repair her vehicle at no charge. She went so far as to send threatening text messages to our employees and to contact Nissan Corporate who agreed with the dealer and did not request we do any further work for her. This complaint is merely another attempt to extort free repairs for damages she caused to her own vehicle. Great Neck Nissan prides itself on standing behing all of our vehicles. In fact, Miss Allard's vehicle has an extended warranty on it, but, as with all warranties, she is not covered for self inflicted damage. Had the map light broken on its own, we would have been happy to repair it.

Nissan DID fix my maplight through the extended warrenty !! If they agreed with Great Neck Nissan, then why would they repair my light NO CHARGE. I DO NOT need to send threatening messages to anyone. I wanted my car mats and Stacy lied to me several times stating " they were going to ship tomorrow" . I heard that line several times. It is only until I advised her that I contacted Arnold Diaz at Fox 5 news regarding the SEVERAL issues I encountered with Stacy that she decided to get my mats and actually SHIP THEM ! I have an extended warrenty so please tell me why I would need to "get free repairs" ? The map light stopped working on its own and I was told to drive 1 hour away to the dealership. That was Stacy's way of accomodating my problem. The extended warrenty didnt go into effect until 30 days after date of purchase and since the light was broken within 2 weeks of sale, Stacy wanted nothing to do with it since her dealership would have to pay for it and not the extended warrenty. That is the real story !! They are crooks bottom line. I have bought cars from several dealerships in the past including Babylon Honda, Massapequa Lexus, and Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. I know how people are supposed ot be treated. Once again BUYER BEWARE and if you want a NISSAN DO NOT GO TO GREAT NECK NISSAN ! I will see them in small claims court for my carpet cleaning bill.
