I searched for the car I wanted and requested a quote, the response was quick and informative. The car was delivered to my house in Fort Collins so I could test drive it on my own without any pressure and I was even allowed to keep the car overnight! My sales agent, Wayne Roys was awesome! He recommend the best deal and put me in a car that was better than the one I was initially looking at. Roy spent time going over how my new Beetle Convertible works and answered all my questions. This was by far, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. More

Our salesman was fairly knowledgeable and actually recommended the vehicle that we purchased instead of what we were originally looking at. The problems started when it came time to "make the deal." We were originally given a proposal that listed the car we were purchasing for $2500 more than the sticker price posted on the door, an under-valuing of our trade in by over $5000 dollars, a $400 "protection" package that "already been applied" (this is a pre-owned vehicle by the way), and a $589 "dealer service fee" (which was told to us by our salesman to be straight profit for the owners pocket.) After I laughed that offer off of the desk they came back with a offer that listed the sticker price for their car but still under-valued our trade in by about $3000 according to any book out there (KBB or NADA) because they said they were giving us a cash offer. We were not taking cash for our car, we were trading it in... They then brought out the "sales manager" from his office to close the deal. Who had the gall to apologize for the "auto buying process being tedious." I was very disappointed with all of the games they played in this deal making process we were pre-qualified to purchase what ever we wanted and have stellar credit (which is not their concern if I've financing taken care of) and they continually tried to play the monthly payment game instead of just doing the simple arithmetic that is their car price - my trade in value + the pay off still owed + "dealer fees" = final price. More

Driving home to Wisconsin via Yellowstone, Car started making sounds in the front suspension. During our stay in Laramie I decided I could not trust the car and contacted Ehrlich was the closest dealer. Called Saturday morning to see if they could get us in. No problem just get here ASAP since we close the service at 1. When I arrived they gave us a loaner car and when we returned the mechanic went through the underside of the car and multiply other items. I would say they worked over an hour on the car and with me. When done I asked how much and stated no charge. Unheard of in this day in age. The dealer that sold me the car kept telling this dealer was going to rip both of us off. Wonder why the other dealer would think of such a thing. Thanks for you help Dave More

Both of these guys understood my situation and worked hard to make sure I got the car that I wanted and could afford. What a breath of fresh air.... I contacted Ehrlich months ago with my "wish list" for a 2014. I asked to not be contacted until the 2014s were in. They were the ONLY dealership who actually listed to that request. As soon as my "wish list" arrived, it was game on. Mike G was AMAZING!!!! Went over and beyond to get me the perfect car, with the perfect features. There were NO surprises. I got exactly what I asked for and for the price that I wanted it. When I met with finance, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was prepared, had everything ready to go. The best part of this experience is that I never felt like I was at a sleazy car dealership where someone was trying to earn a paycheck. I DID feel like I was with family making a purchase for ME and that MY needs and wants were priority. I have found my dream car. Gary never pressured me to buy and checked in with me periodically to see if he could answer any questions and see how I was progressing towards my goal of my new dream car. Ehrlich gave me a great deal and treated me fairly and courteously. I would highly recommend Gary Shaw and Ehrlich Volkswagen. Having been to several other Volkswagen dealerships, none of them compare to Gary Shaw and Ehrlich. Their service team goes above and beyond every time. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and considerate of our time as we travel from Ft. Collins to Greeley for our service appointments. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend them if you would like your VW taken care of at an expert level. We have never had to have anything repaired twice, estimates are always accurate, and the work is completed in the amount of time they say it will be. Tara is just wonderful! If all our service experiences for other products could be the same as they are at Ehrlich, it would be outstanding! More

My wife and I stopped in to Ehrlich VW to look at possibly purchasing a Passat TDI, after our test drive we felt that the car was a little bigger than we really needed so we tried the Jetta TDI and G possibly purchasing a Passat TDI, after our test drive we felt that the car was a little bigger than we really needed so we tried the Jetta TDI and GLI (both very good cars and roomy enough for the both of us) we decided on the GLI because of the sportiness, power and still has very good fuel mileage. We worked with Gary Shaw from Ehrlich (as we always have with our past four purchases) because of his no nonsense approach and knowledge of the vehicles he sells. I'm not kidding...If you want to experience an easy, no hassle, bottom line purchase...Gary is your salesman! Also, I would like to give kudos to the VW Service Dept. for prior service in the past.
