This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. They messed up my car I had to deal with them for 6 months; taken the vehicle to them more than 12 times. The warranty expired, then suddenly they knew what the problem was!!! Dirty, dirty service people. Melissa is nothing but a liar and watch her words! Everything that she's ever told us has been a lie. How could she be a service manager and not know a damn thing about cars?!?! I have spoken with everyone at their dealership to resolve this issue...but you know what happened because here I am. Taken your time, money elsewhere. More

PUSHES EXTENDED WARRANTY TO THE EXTENT OF LYING ABOUT HOW MUCH IT COSTS UNTIL YOU READ IT ON THE FINAL CONTRACT. I WAS EVEN TOLD THAT I COULD NOT GET FINANCING WITHOUT PURCHASING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND I MUCH IT COSTS UNTIL YOU READ IT ON THE FINAL CONTRACT.
