I have been a customer of the Green Family stores for 20 years. We received a letter in the mail to come to the new Green Hyundai to see the specials on the 2023 Santa Fe's. We took time out of our day to g years. We received a letter in the mail to come to the new Green Hyundai to see the specials on the 2023 Santa Fe's. We took time out of our day to go in and check it out. We found a Santa Fe we liked and sat down to look at the numbers and we were so low balled on our trade that it was insulting. Mike was our sales person and we had never dealt with him before. When I gave him a copy of my license, I had inadvertently gave him a copy of an expired of an ID that he didn't need. Instead of just handing it back to me he made a copy of it. Needless to say we walked out of there dumbfounded. I sent a message to Green about our experience and as of now have not heard a word from them. Their motto is "it's not about cars, it's about people" I don't believe this is true anymore. We will no longer buy from Green. More
