Green Lincoln Mazda

They are on a one way street as you come into Springfield Illinois and it is hard to get to the dealership. I think they got screwed by Mayor Davlin and the state of Illinois as that is not how the roads wer Illinois and it is hard to get to the dealership. I still haven’t gotten my airbag recall taken care of as it took forever to get the parts and now I am having a hard time getting an appointment that works with my schedule. They don’t have a service department that is open on Saturday just oil changes and such.. I was off the week they called to tell me the parts were in but they didn’t have any appointments then they called back a week later even though I had said I would call them once I know my schedule and the available appointments all disappeared from the lady’s screen as she clicked on my preferred date and time. I haven’t set foot in this place since it was new and it sold Lincolns and Mercurys as well as Mazdas even though it is the closest dealership to my house and I can look across the lake to Todd the owners house. More

Drove 70 miles to see a car that was on the lot. Called when I was on my way to confirm it was still there and it was. Arrived at the dealership and someone else was buying it. They were able to locate the same car within a few days but would not deliver it to me so I drove back to pick up the car. Told them exactly what time I would be there. When I arrived they hadn’t started any of the paperwork so I waited 2.5 hours for them to get the financing processed. Everyone was friendly and I ended up with a car that I love but very frustrated by the process. More
