Their facility was neat and clean, making for a comfortable setting to conduct business in. My sales consultant was Ty Thean, who was very patient during my initial research. I corresponded with him by email for some time before I was ready to buy, at which time I met with him to finalize the details of my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and low-key, and never acted aggressive or condescending. During my visit, I also met with other key staff, including General Manager Daniel Warren, Finance Manager Jeremy Manning, and "The Snazzy Guy" Jason Hines. All were very personable and friendly, and never made me feel uncomfortable. Jason, with over 30 years' experience in the business, was their "Quality Control Guru" who made certain that I was completely familiar with the car and had no questions or concerns before I left. In summary, I could not have been more pleased with this buying experience. I have had my share of bad experiences when purchasing a new vehicle during the past nearly 50 years, which makes this example one that really stands out.
