Recommend with reservations I bought my car two years ago and had received prompt service- until this past routine service. I made two trips to learn that I had up to a 3 hour wa I bought my car two years ago and had received prompt service- until this past routine service. I made two trips to learn that I had up to a 3 hour wait. I don’t know if there are fewer techs or what the problem is. I never had waits like that. I even called ahead for second visit. I would be glad to make an appointment if that were available. Issue #2. My friends water pump seals went bad on their 2011 Explorer. It cost them $8000 to replace the engine. No help from Ford. So I asked to have water pump checked on my 2013. First visit - said no problem to check. Yesterday I was told it would be $100 to check this. Great. Ford has a flaw in their water pump seals and I have to pay to have that checked so it doesn’t ruin my engine. I have owned 4 Fords. Reconsidering. More

Not impressed Had to take my Explorer to a dealer for a recall issue on the door trim. Had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. When I showed up after work 9 hrs later, they said it wasn't ready. I left without the scheduled oil change and went to my regular place. Repair on door was acceptable but noticeably not the best job. They didn't even bother to vacuum. I won't be back to this dealership. More

Put my mind at ease Truck has or had some weird thumping sound that literally sounded like a sledge hammer hittin the transmission. But we figured its a new system that adapts to your driving still andnit might have been outnof sorts. It was checked reset. And since then no further incidents. More
