I came into the dealership for a routine oil change and received a handout with recommended services. The service tech who helped me, Aaron, went above and beyond by reaching out to the warranty company an received a handout with recommended services. The service tech who helped me, Aaron, went above and beyond by reaching out to the warranty company and discovering that my vehicle was still under warranty. Because of his initiative, I was able to pay just the deductible and have the recommended work completed before the warranty expired. I really appreciate Aaron taking the extra step to help me get everything taken care of. More
