From the moment I walked into this dealership I received excellent support and service! Fifi was the sales manager I dealt with and she was awesome! Very detailed and put up with me asking a million quest excellent support and service! Fifi was the sales manager I dealt with and she was awesome! Very detailed and put up with me asking a million questions I met Moe and Chuck in the Sales leadership team - they were also very helpful. Fifi introduced me to Karen Mc. in the Service department. Karen is an absolute pleasure to work with! I text her my availability and she schedules my service appointment. No calling to hold on a phone nor talking with someone who is t physically at the dealership! They are loyal to their customers and for that reason, I’m loyal to them. I had if anyone has had a bad experience here - I cannot relate at all. More
I started getting services from Greensboro Honda last year when I moved here. I don't know if my first Service Advisor was Kurstie DeHaven, but at some point, I was blessed to meet Kurstie. She is a deli year when I moved here. I don't know if my first Service Advisor was Kurstie DeHaven, but at some point, I was blessed to meet Kurstie. She is a delight! My husband passed away just prior to moving here and I trust Kurstie when she advises me for services. I traded my old CR-V earlier this year for a 2025 CR-V, and Kurstie found out that I was in the sales department and dropped by to make sure that they were taking good care of me. Any time I have a simple question or concern about my SUV, Kurstie either knows the answer or finds out before I leave the dealership. She is professional, friendly, personable, caring and knowledgeable! Kurstie should get a raise and a management position. She is an excellent Service Advisor! I have had no issues with this dealership, but Kurstie always takes care of me, so if there were issues, she must have taken care of it before she came back to me. I highly recommend Greensboro Honda as long as Kurstie DeHaven is working there. More
Look, mistakes sometimes happen, and no one is perfect. But what we do after a mistake is what defines us. I found a car I liked, and negotiated a price by email over the course of a few days. I was rep But what we do after a mistake is what defines us. I found a car I liked, and negotiated a price by email over the course of a few days. I was repeatedly assured that the car included in lifetime powertrain warranty. After mail, I also spoke to an initial salesperson, then to Chuck Hall, and both of them kept assuring me of that the vehicle I was interested in included the warranty. We drove 90 minutes to the dealership, where I was once again assured by both of them that the deal included the warranty. I went for a test drive, went to the bank, and got a certified check to complete the purchase. Only when I returned from the bank and went to complete the sale did the finance person inform me the car had no warranty. Chuck Hall was brought in and apologized, and asked to try to work something out. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. It was their mistake, and they admitted it. - They should have made right on their word, and completed the deal, even at a loss. - I offered to take a 3-year, 30,000-mile warranty instead. After him-hawing, they refused. - The only thing they offered was a 1,000 mile dealer-only warranty; pretty much good for what, a few weeks? A company is only as good as their word, and Greenboro Honda does NOT keep their word. A day of our life, totally wasted, even after going to extreme lengths to ensure everything was aligned. More
This review is concerns to the service side of the car or any car. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here to have anything serviced wise done to your vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda pi any car. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here to have anything serviced wise done to your vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda pilot from this place Greensboro Honda. My daughter has a 2016 Honda Accord sedan. We brought it in on a Saturday June 13 of 2025 to have a problem that was misfiring on cylinder four scoped out and fixed. It has been six days the service advisor Kevin and the manager Russell was both I had to call and communicate with them to keep informed of what was going on with My Daughter’car. So my daughter is 20 years old she has no clue what she needs to do as far as fixing your problem or an issue with the car that’s why we brought it to this dealership being a dealership they should be able to immediately go to the problem and fix it. They did troubleshoot we received the car back on Monday. She drove it less than an eighth of a mile and same problem. It was not fixed. They charged us $200 for that. I talked this was on a Monday now I talked to Kevin and Russell, which was the service manager throughout the week Thursday Kevin the service advisor tells me that they had to go inside of the cylinder. I come Friday the following day. He tells me Thursday afternoon at 6:30 PM that the car is ready for pick up. $2104.67 for this 900 and some dollars just in diagnostics fees to fix the problem they did not go into the cylinder that was not a true statement what Kevin told me the only thing the car needed was an injector replaced and the vowel adjusted And that costed $2104.67. I do not recommend anyone coming to this dealership, Greensboro Honda to have your vehicle worked on. Thank you this is the worst automotive mechanic shop that I have ever been to and being a dealership you have high expectations and you think my car is going to be fixed because they have software and information about the car that no one else can get I was wrong. And like I said I bought a $41,000 Honda pilot brand new there I will not be ever returning back to this place to do any kind of maintenance on my vehicle. And I suggest anyone stay away. More
I purchased a 2023 Nissan Murano from Greensboro Honda and was initially pleased with the process. However, within two months of ownership, I brought the vehicle to a certified Nissan dealership for stand and was initially pleased with the process. However, within two months of ownership, I brought the vehicle to a certified Nissan dealership for standard service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The technician refused to rotate the tires because the rear tires were "feathered really bad"—so worn that he said road noise would be unbearable if they were moved to the front. He explained this type of tire damage would take a year or more of driving on underinflated tires—something that clearly occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He was shocked the vehicle was sold in that condition and advised me to contact Greensboro Honda. I contacted the dealership multiple times and spoke with multiple individuals who all promised to look into it and get back to me. I was told the salesperson would be notified. Weeks passed, and no one followed up—at all. I paid a significant amount for this vehicle and was left with a $1,000 bill for new tires almost immediately after purchase. The lack of accountability and follow-through from this dealership is deeply disappointing. This is not how a reputable dealer should treat customers. I’ve now lost all trust in their sales and support team. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, be extremely cautious and have the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Dealership had a Honda Accord for sale with an accident and high mileage above KBB Fair value. I scheduled a test drive to come see it and wasn't told until I was 5 minutes away out of a 30 minute drive th and high mileage above KBB Fair value. I scheduled a test drive to come see it and wasn't told until I was 5 minutes away out of a 30 minute drive that it wasn't on the lot due to being hit by another car on the lot. They told me it would be back Saturday so a rescheduled. They then told me someone else reserved it but got back to me 4 days later saying she changed her mind and asked if I was interested. Knowing that the car had been in another accident (2 now) I asked if they'd be able to discount the pricing. They told me no deal and that it would be over 2000 more than the listing price OTD. I told them my budget previously and they completely ignored that when trying to find replacements. Pro Tip: Don't do business with dealers that won't haggle. More

Our sales rep Christina has a fantastic personality and goes all out to make you comfortable and get everything done, no wasted time. We were also impressed with JR, one of the sales manager. He is also very easy to work with and did everything that he said he would. If you can get these two I know you will be taken care of, although I am sure there are many others to take care of your needs!! More
