Terrible customer service Love my vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the way they handle customer service issues. Purchased a 2018 used truck with very low mileage. Upon sale t Love my vehicle. Upon sale they Left me with a 1/4 tank of gas, no floor mats, only one key with no FOB. I even tried to contact the general manager. Left him a long voicemail which was never returned. They made me a good offer and refused to go any further. Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest impact. Honestly, I don't think they care about the customer at all. Just want to sell and write you off. More
