It took 2 trips to resolve all my problems. There was some confusion about what was really wrong with my remotes. My remotes wouldn't lock or unlock the car, and they wouldn't move the sliding There was some confusion about what was really wrong with my remotes. My remotes wouldn't lock or unlock the car, and they wouldn't move the sliding doors. This problem turned out to be the wiring harnesses that were shorted out. We don't know why. Jeremy worked with my extended warranty policy to get representatives to decide if they would pay for it. The finally agreed, which I really appreciate. However, after focusing on the sliding doors, the other problems with the remotes wasn't explored. So, I was told that we would have to reprogram the remotes at a cost of more than $400. After that, we discovered that the old remotes still wouldn't lock/ unlock the car. Jeremy then found that there was a fuse blown that caused that problem. Maybe there was shared blame, but it still cost me more than $400 than it should have. More
