I was very pleased with working with Marcie and the other sales individuals. They were courteous and professional. Always got answers to my questions and concerns. However, when I got to finance, I learned t sales individuals. They were courteous and professional. Always got answers to my questions and concerns. However, when I got to finance, I learned that the sales manager had put some funny numbers on the sales contract that did not match what we had agreed on. I was ready to void the deal and walk. The finance rep fixed it to keep from losing the sale. Just be honest and do what you say. More
