The sales person was nice, but what the dealership forces them to do and puts the customer through is horrific torture. I have never experienced such a painful car buying experience. I knew what I wanted, went in to see it and then commenced the longest sales price with disrespectful upsell attempts for the next 5 hours. No way in earth should it take 5 hours to buy car. This is the fault of management and their utter disrespect for their customers. They force their employees to treat their clients time with utter disregard. I would never refer family or friends to this place and would do my best to stay away from it myself. More
