We drove to Greenville from Tyler to purchase a used Jeep from another dealer. That vehicle didn't worked out so we decided to stop in and see what Greenville Chrysler Jeep had to offer. We went inside, William Brewer greeted and walked us over to the used lot. He searched the computer and then took us back to the garage area where he showed us a used Rubicon they had just gotten in. Their mechanic was very honest and upfront about the condition they received it in. They were upgrading the drive shafts for safety purposes and better wear for the Jeep. We decided to purchase this Rubicon that evening. We had to come back to pick it up when they were finished with the repairs. I would highly recommend William and Greenville Chrysler for honest, laid back, and dependable service. More

Almost 3 months later I made the hour drive to pick it up, after making multiple calls and being promised it was in the mail. My temp tag expired so I called the dealership asking what the problem was, it was a simple fix but the dealership did not take the time to reach out to me for the information. I will not make another purchase from this dealership. More
