However the service department itself, in my opinion, did not do proper root cause analysis in isolating the real problem with the draw on the battery. 5 trips from AAA department itself, in my opinion, did not do proper root cause analysis in isolating the real problem with the draw on the battery. 5 trips from AAA and they are still not sure whether the problem has been fixed. Very frustrated. And they had the car for 46 days. And when I needed a tow from AAA on my other car, it cost me $90 because I had used all my allotted trips on the Dodge because it wasn’t fixed properly in all the previous trips More
