Great customer service from Jeremy. However the service department itself, in my opinion, did not do proper root cause analysis in isolating the real problem with the draw on the battery. 5 trips from AAA department itself, in my opinion, did not do proper root cause analysis in isolating the real problem with the draw on the battery. 5 trips from AAA and they are still not sure whether the problem has been fixed. Very frustrated. And they had the car for 46 days. And when I needed a tow from AAA on my other car, it cost me $90 because I had used all my allotted trips on the Dodge because it wasn’t fixed properly in all the previous trips More
