Very dishonest and deceptive dealership. Greenville Chrysler. All I wanted was to have a New truck as was described to me over the phone and internet. But my family and I drove more than fi Greenville Chrysler. All I wanted was to have a New truck as was described to me over the phone and internet. But my family and I drove more than five hours to find out the truck was not as described. It had 882 miles on it, not the 12 miles that was disclosed in the quote, it had been smoked in, 13 hours of idle time and a scratch on the door that was covered by a detailing chemical. So with all that being said how would you expect the dealership to make it right, if you were in my shoes? Also I’ve made several attempts to contact the General Manager thru phone calls and email with no reply back from either. Is this how Greenville Chrysler treats all of their customers? More
