Need Training I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk for an oil change and tire rotation. To make appointment was easy and they had a $20.00 discount on web sit I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk for an oil change and tire rotation. To make appointment was easy and they had a $20.00 discount on web site. When I went to pick up the vehicle the price did not include the discount so I had to educate the employee that they advertise a discount on their Web site and where it was at in order to get my discount. They tried to show me my checklist and my tire tread was getting low and I explain that I had the optional tires from factory that started with less tread and educate them about which tire was on my vehicle from the factory. Then when I got in my jeep they hadn't reset the oil gauge in the vehicle which should of been reset by the technician. More
