oil change and tire rotation Oil change was good but the tire rotation service could be much better! Had to return the next day to have it done again! Friday I brought my Dodge in for a tire rotation, I had 2 bad tires which I didn’t know of, the person that rotated them did Not mention this at All or even mentioned that they should stay in the back! I left and noticed it was not driving right but couldn’t return because I had another appointment. I returned the next day and I was in contact with Tiffany thru out this time. We discussed this and had the tires rotated to the back! Again I am sitting in the waiting area for the second day in a row for something that should have been dealt with the day before! If the people in the back doing the work see that something is wrong or shouldn’t be done then they should speak up there and then! I would not of had to return the next day and spend my time away from other functions that were important. More
