Oil change on cold day I went in for oil change in my husband's truck. Tiffany was sweet and had great attitude considering it was COLD outside. She repeated what they were I went in for oil change in my husband's truck. Tiffany was sweet and had great attitude considering it was COLD outside. She repeated what they were going to do, gave me a time estimate and showed me where I could wait. It went faster than expected - went MUCH faster than last time. She came and found me and went over what was done to truck again and asked if I had questions, then led me to the cashier. I had a coupon that I didn't realize I was supposed to show before they did work. So, Tiffany had to go back and re do all my paperwork. She had a great attitude and didn't make me feel terrible for causing her extra work. More

Not good So I went to this dealership and I understand they had to go through xxxx to get me approved that is why I’m not giving them one star but when I went So I went to this dealership and I understand they had to go through xxxx to get me approved that is why I’m not giving them one star but when I went here there was a lot of back and forth no then for like 3 days I got no responses from any one I was a first time buyer like I said before I no it was hard to get me approved but it was like they didn’t want me to buy from them at all if your a first time buyer they will get you approved but with horrible customer service and on top over everything I had no gas in the car absolutely none and I had problems with the car and told the dealership and was told they would call me back and never got a call back would not recommend for anyone unless you can’t get approved anywhere else More
