The worst dealership ever, employees and management are unprofessional. We inquired about a vehicle and agreed to run credit, while working on the deal our sales person transfers dealerships without any no unprofessional. When contact was finally made with the salesman he said the dealership knew he left and were suppose to contact us, 830 at night and many phone calls and texts later a manger gets with us. He has no understanding of what had been going on with our deal or approvals plus our credit gets ran more even though they were told not to run it anymore. When asked about it they couldn’t give us an answer of why or even who had done it. All we get told is how they don’t know what to do or what happened but they have full confidence in they’re dealership. We speak with the new sales manager who was nothing but rude and unprofessional. The front desk couldn’t even transfer us to the correct person and when asked about the person all they could say is they don’t pay attention if someone is there or not. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP More
