Quick, easy, and affordable! I had a great experience. Jacob Culpepper sold me a blacked out 2019 Ram 1500. They pulled it into stock just to sell it to me and gave a ton of rebat I had a great experience. Jacob Culpepper sold me a blacked out 2019 Ram 1500. They pulled it into stock just to sell it to me and gave a ton of rebates. No pressure, they just asked me what I was looking for and they found it and sold it to me. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a couple places on the paint that needed a good buff and instead of doing a poor job, they sent it to a great body shop and had it back in a day and a half looking superb! They even lent me a truck to drive while it was taken care of and Jacob drove it to my house when it was ready to make it easier for me. These are sharp folks with a lot of taste. I wasn’t stressed in the buying process and I felt like a priority as a consumer. The only thing that had me nervous was taken care of VERY quickly with personal touch added to that. Will Brewer was working with Jacob and he was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. He knows how to have a conversation and was very pleasant. Shelby in finance was quick, informative and very helpful; had me in and out at my convenience. I’ve had bad experiences at dealerships and this was not one of them. These people are awesome! More

The worst dealership ever, employees and management are unprofessional. We inquired about a vehicle and agreed to run credit, while working on the deal our sales person transfers dealerships without any no unprofessional. We inquired about a vehicle and agreed to run credit, while working on the deal our sales person transfers dealerships without any notification. When contact was finally made with the salesman he said the dealership knew he left and were suppose to contact us, 830 at night and many phone calls and texts later a manger gets with us. He has no understanding of what had been going on with our deal or approvals plus our credit gets ran more even though they were told not to run it anymore. When asked about it they couldn’t give us an answer of why or even who had done it. All we get told is how they don’t know what to do or what happened but they have full confidence in they’re dealership. We speak with the new sales manager who was nothing but rude and unprofessional. The front desk couldn’t even transfer us to the correct person and when asked about the person all they could say is they don’t pay attention if someone is there or not. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP More
