Excellent I bought the truck from them 5 years ago and have been back several times for factory recalls. Save yourself avoid this place like the plague I read all the horrible reviews. I’m a pretty stern person though so I knew I had the ability to walk away when it no longer benefited me. Be prepared, every single price you see they try to tack on $1800 additional for an etch dna on every single car whether you want it or not & their crappy 6 mth “warranty” on interior rips, stains, exterior chips/dents & windshield. They aren’t a choice they’ll tell you can’t take it off. So whatever price you’re looking at add $1800 on top of that. During those hours another couple walked in threatening to get an attorney involved because they were sold a lemon. The sales guy was a smart mouthed punk about it. I considered getting up & walking at that point but I just made it super clear I wouldn’t tolerate that kind of treatment. Signed for the car but there were some repairs that needed to be made. 4 days later for small repairs I finally get it. I called & left several messages with managers to complain. No one ever bothered to call back. Salesman promised they would, yea they didn’t. As soon as I left I realized there was a light out on the car. Text the salesman, days later he responds let me see what I can do. Never hear back. Short & sweet of it? They overcharge for everything. And once you sign you’re on your own. They don’t give a crap about anyone. Then have the nerve to give you their cards to give out for referrals. Not a chance in xxxx I’d refer anyone there! Only good thing about this place was the finance lady she was super nice. More

Easy negotiating but not detail oriented Sales and financing were easy to work and negotiate with. Features on the truck were explained and they helped move my stuff from old truck to the ne Sales and financing were easy to work and negotiate with. Features on the truck were explained and they helped move my stuff from old truck to the new truck. Minimal "BS" on trade value and advertised price on new truck and incentives. Down side, when the new truck was brought out ready to go, the tires were low, had not filled up the gas tank yet and the windows were dirty. Also they did not have a second key or front floor mat for the new truck, said they would send those to me. 2 1/2 weeks later still have not received those and despite texting and calling have not had any calls returned with updates. That part is getting frustrating. Overall it was a really easy and good experience buying, however once the sale was complete and it got to the point of delivery the "details" got missed and I obviously was not a priority. More
